There’s nothing better in summer than an un-ironic game of kickball

Well, maybe slightly ironic.

My then-new friends Andy and Angie were part of a group of friends from Omaha and Lincoln who got together every month or so for a friendly game of kickball. Games alternated between the two cities, and they invited Kyle and me to play in the August game in Lincoln.
